Instant Marinater (2,5L)
Clean the lid and rim of the container, the grey seal ring and the stopper before use for optimal vacuum. Put the desired food into the container, do not overfill.
Place the lid on the dish. Place pump on the stopper and commence pumping action, when resistance is felt with the upward stroke, your container is vacuum-sealed.
The vacuum opens up the pores and fibres of the food allowing the marinade to penetrate in minutes rather than hours `locking-in` flavour.
To re-open, push cone slightly side-wards to release vacuum, then remove the lid.

Question: Sometimes it`s difficult to remove the lid from the Instant Marinater, although I`m sure I released the vacuum by pressing the valve. Solution: It`s possible the container develops a new light vacuum while lifting the lid. This can be prevented by removing the valve completely from the lid before opening.
